Take comfort. | Find healing. | Be yourself.

  • Surround yourself with people who accept you for who you are.

You don’t have to carry the weight of your mental health alone; reach out to friends or family. Opening up about your struggles helps foster a sense of connection and reminds you that you’re not isolated in your journey.

  • Take some time to rest.

God created the Sabbath for rest and restoration (Genesis 2:2-3), reminding us that taking time to care for ourselves is not selfish, but necessary. Taking moments of rest and reflection into your routine can help replenish your mind, body, and soul.

  • Give yourself grace.

It’s easy to be hard on yourself when things aren’t going well, everyone goes through it. Treating yourself with the same kindness and understanding you would offer to a loved one can help ease the burden of negative thoughts.

  • Know your worth.

In times of self-doubt or anxiety, it’s important to remember that you are wonderfully made and deeply loved by God (Psalm 139:14). Let His unconditional love remind you of your worth, regardless of any struggles or imperfections.
